Corona Foot and Ankle Group is Moving!

March 23, 2020
Corona

We will be moving to a larger, sophisticated facility at 1820 Fullerton Ave, suite 125 Corona, CA 92881. The extra space means we’ll be taking more doctors on board to greater serve our clients. The office will continue to expand our specialty areas of wound treatment, diabetes, and other foot-related issues including but not limited to ingrown toenails, sports injuries, podiatric services for kids, bunions, skin pathology, and other foot and ankle related issues.

Your feet and ankles deserve quality care; they play a primary role in the support and mobility of our bodies. At Corona Foot and Ankle Group, we work to first accurately diagnose the root cause of your pain, whether it be a sprain, fracture, etc., and then work with you every step of the way through rehab to recovery including tips and tools to prevent a repeat injury. All of our podiatric services are available and safe for children.

Why We Are Different?

Our approach is conservative when possible, and always extremely comprehensive. Most importantly, we will create a treatment plan specific to your individual needs that addresses not only treatment and rehab, but preventative measures and tips to giving your feet and ankles the care they deserve. We get to the root cause of the problem first.

Wound Care Center for the Inland Empire

We are proud to present a comprehensive and leading all-inclusive wound care center for patients with wounds from below the knee. With the expansion of the wound care center, we’d like to stress that treating a person’s wound often means treating the whole person. We take a holistic approach to healing, by taking into consideration four key viewpoints: vascular, dermatologic, orthopedic, and neurologic, so as to treat each wound thoroughly and reduce the risk of reoccurrence. For difficult wounds where you were perhaps told to consider amputation, Dr. Amin may be able to help with her cutting-edge methodology for preventing limb amputation. People living with diabetes have an increased risk of lower limb amputation. Dr. Amin is especially knowledgeable about helping people with diabetes develop healthy routines so as to prevent serious wounds.

Vein Reflux

In this new building there will also be a vein reflux specialist. Vein reflux, also known as chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), occurs when venous valves don’t function adequately, leading to reversal of blood flow through the valves. When the valves in the veins of the lower body do not properly channel blood flow back to the heart because of blockage or venous valve malfunction, blood flow slows, pressure increases, and swelling occurs in the legs and feet. As blood pools in lower extremities, veins further swell, leading to pain, pigmentation of the skin, and clots in the varicose veins. The primary goal in treating symptomatic venous reflux is to eliminate the reflux at its source. A number of treatment options are available, and Corona Foot and Ankle Group is pleased to include a specialist into this new office space.

The move and expansion mean that our office will now be even more equipped to serve you. We are sure you will find our new office professional, sophisticated, and welcoming. We are here for all your foot-related issues, from prevention to treatment and recovery. Find out more about our services or make an appointment here.
